This Wyoming land is located 45 miles south of Jackson Hole.

realistically worth $20K per acre so land value of $500,000. So at
todays bottom market the property is worth at least $800,000 and
potentially a lot more within a couple years. We are willing to seller
finance 100% of the purchase price with zero down and a low interest
rate of 5% to the right buyer. Because we are financing 100% the buyer
would need to cover all closing costs, appraisal, title insurance etc,
unlikely to be over $2K. We will entertain all serious offers. We would
