score. And they must be able to pay their closing cost, etc. This is a
GREAT option for anyone that wants a larger investment property but doesn't
have the needed down payment for a normal bank loan, etc. The only draw-back
is that the buyer ends up paying a little more for the property. We would
be willing to give the buyer a 100% $125,000.00 2nd mortgage at 5%-8% (according
to your credit score) for a term of 30 years with no balloon. This would
solve the problem of the down payment and It would get the property sold.
If, anyone is interested, they MUST contact me directly (or my son eric)

must show a copy of their credit report. And, they must show bank statements
